Located in the outstanding zone, it was a fantastic base for shopping. The personnel was responsive and attentive. Delicious dishes were served at the refurbished restaurant. We liked staying here and would love to come back.

The restaurant was beautiful with an eclectic and interesting menu here, I had appetising dishes. Plus it had the cute views. The service was friendly in my opinion.

My recent stay at the Bulgari Hotel was absolutely exquisite. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is truly remarkable. The rooms are glamorous and sophisticated, creating a luxurious "home from home" ambiance. The restaurant offers a fabulous dining experience, although the food may not be the absolute best I've had, the service certainly made up for it. The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the heart of London. Furthermore, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction during my stay. I highly recommend the Bulgari Hotel for a truly exceptional experience.

Staff always knew my name, were courteous and polite. They put my baggage in the chauffeur pick up car. Convenient location near Harrods and underground station. Comfortable bed and tasty room snacks. Would recommend and visit again!
